Shawna M. Mikesell
Shawna M. Mikesell, BA, MA, LICDC-CS, LPCC joined Woodhaven in April 2016 as the Clinical Supervisor. With over 10 years experience in substance abuse and mental health counseling and supervision, she offers current and timely guidance to clinical staff on a variety of issues. In addition to being the Clinical Supervisor, Shawna supervises the Admissions Department at Woodhaven and is the acting Corporate Compliance Officer(CCO). Shawna holds a Master of Arts degree in Professional Clinical Counseling, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.

Nick Weber is the Director of Human Resources. He oversees all Human Resources operations and strategy including payroll, recruitment, compliance, staffing, and employee relations. He has a strong passion for leadership development and helping employees perform to their fullest potential.
Prior to joining Woodhaven, Nick worked as a member of the Human Resources Department at Talbert House in Cincinnati, Ohio. At Talbert House he provided human resource guidance to all behavioral health, court and corrections and addiction service lines and was responsible for recruitment and the internship program. Before that, Nick served in a leadership role at a national healthcare staffing firm that worked closely with hospitals and school systems.
Nick graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kent State University and is actively earning his Master of Science in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change from Northern Kentucky University.

Sandra Cullen, MS, LICDC-CS, SAP, joined Woodhaven early 2015 as Executive Director. Sandra has been in the field of addictions for close on 20 years. Sandra has worked both as a primary counselor and an administrator during her professional career. Sandra brings international experience to Woodhaven as a native of Ireland and a resident of 7 countries in Europe and the Middle East. Sandra completed her Masters at the University of Cincinnati and serves currently as a CARF surveyor for other behavioral health programs nationwide.
