Visitation Rules and Guidelines

1. All visits are monitored by WOODHAVEN staff. 

2. No personal items are allowed to be brought into the visitation by family and friends (i.e. cell phones, iPad, laptops, cameras, purses, lighters, cigarettes). Leave all personal belongings locked up in your vehicle or at home. All hats and coats will be searched and checked in at the registration desk and can be picked up upon leaving visitation. Visitors must have I.D. 

3. Drop-offs are NOT permitted on Saturdays. 

4. Any visitors suspected to be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol will be asked to leave premises. 

5. All visitors and clients are to be appropriately dressed (i.e. no crop, low cut or sheer tops, short or revealing pants/shorts). 

6. Clients are not permitted to bring cigarettes, vapes, or any food/beverages to visitation. 

7. Unapproved visitors are not permitted at visitation. 

8. Client and visitors are to remain respectful toward one another and toward staff. 

9. Family and friends need to wait in the lobby for visitation to be called and begin. Absolutely no family or friends are to visit or enter the clinical floors of WOODHAVEN. WOODHAVEN staff cannot discuss the client’s progress in treatment with family. 

Directions to Auditorium: 

627 South Edwin C Moses BLVD located at the East Medical Plaza entrance Building D. 

Coming from Edwin C Moses, turn in the parking lot for Kindred Hospital. Just behind Kindred is Elizabeth Place Building D. Take Elevator E to the 6th floor lobby to be greeted by Woodhaven staff,
