Here are the talented and caring individuals that make up our substance abuse facility in Dayton, OH.

Jade Chandler | President

Jade Chandler has been with Woodhaven since June of 2014. Jade has served in many roles including: Residential Assistant Supervisor, Support Services Supervisor, Director of Operations, and is currently the President and Chief Operating Officer. Jade fosters an environment in which each member of the team is empowered to lead in their own way, allowing them the freedom to grow professionally.

Kyle Zink, LPC  |  Executive Director

Kyle C. Zink, LPC joined Woodhaven in August 2015 as a CDCA. Kyle transitioned to a Counselor in Training in June 2016. He received his LCDC II in December 2016 and became the men's 5th-floor lead counselor in October 2017.

Kyle graduated from the University of Cumberland with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in August of 2020, soon after Kyle was promoted to Clinical Director. In his latest role, Kyle has ascended to the position of Executive Director, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to guide Woodhaven's mission forward.

Jeffrey Hoglund | Chief Operation Manager

Jeffrey Hoglund joined Woodhaven in 2015, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to serving our community. Throughout his tenure, Jeffrey has held various roles within the organization, including RA Supervisor, Director of Housing, and Director of Operations. In each capacity, Jeffrey has demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication to our mission. Jeffrey's leadership, passion, and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset to Woodhaven.

Kyle Waits | Chief Strategy Officer

Kyle Waits has been with the agency since December of 2015. Kyle has served Woodhaven in multiple facets such as Admissions Intake Specialist, Resident Assistant, and Case Management/Supervisor. Kyle was promoted to the role of Admissions Supervisor in 2018 and then to Admissions Director in 2019. Since January 2022, he has begun serving Woodhaven in a new role as the Chief strategy Officer. Kyle is a client centered and goal driven individual that believes in our mission statement and leads with integrity and pride.

Charlie Townsend III, LSW, LCDCIII | Director of Staff Development

Charles J. Townsend, BSW, LSW, LCDC III joined the Woodhaven clinical team in August 2015. Charles has over 9 years of experience working with men, women, and children that struggle with substance abuse and mental health disorders. Charles has worked all floors of Woodhaven, while holding many titled positions: Counselor, Lead Counselor, CDCA supervisor, Case Management Supervisor, culminating in his currently held position, Director of Staff Development. Charles is currently finishing up his Master’s degree in Social Work and Public Administration at the Ohio State University.

Jessica Shamblin LPCC-S | Clinical Director

Jessica has over two decades of service in the behavioral health field, along with a Master's degree in Counseling. She has experience in various domains, including case management, clinical counseling and assessments, criminal justice, and supervision. She has a passion for empowering individuals to foster resilience and facilitate recovery. Jessica joined Woodhaven in May 2023.

Diane Magoto | Human Resources Director

Diane Magoto oversees all human resource functions. With over 20 years of experience in mid-size operations. She specializes in providing support, guidance, and legal compliance to middle and senior management. Her broad experience includes employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits administration, and improving human resource policies, processes, and procedures. Diane has experience in a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, and sales and marketing. Diane has a Bachelor's of Science in Human Resource Management from Park University.

Kim Turner, AAS, CDCA II | Director of Client Services

Kimberly Turner, AAS, CDCA has 20+ years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population in the AOD/MH field.

Kim joined Woodhaven in March 2015 and has served in many roles including, Residential Assistant, Residential Assistant Lead, and Case Manager. Kim was promoted to Director of Client Services in November 2019 and Directs the Residential Assistant Team.

Bradley Houseman | Director Of Food Services

Bradley Houseman has been with Woodhaven since August 2018. He is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our clients/residents. Bradley has served in many roles including, Resident Assistant, Intake Specialist, Client Rights Officer, Resident Assistant Supervisor, Housing Manager, Director of Housing Services, Admissions Director, and currently Brad has taken on building our food services operation.

Tiffani Gaby | Director of Utilization

Tiffani joined the Woodhaven team in May 2018, she has a bachelor's degree in nursing and 18+ years' experience in healthcare, including mental health, neurology, trauma, ICU, medical office management, nursing education and geriatrics. Tiffani has served in many roles at Woodhaven, including Resident Assistant, Executive Assistant, and Utilization Review Manager. Tiffani was promoted to Director of Utilization review in October 2020.

Leah Spence  |  Staff Coordinator

Leah Spence has been with Woodhaven since February of 2018. Since her employment here she has worked in many roles including, resident assistant, intake specialist, resident assistant supervisor, Resident Assistant coordinator, and is currently Woodhaven's Staff coordinator. As Staff coordinator, Leah communicates with the hiring managers of each department to diligently come up with innovative ways to attract qualified individuals with a passion to help make Woodhaven a safe place to recover for our clients. Leah's ability to communicate and work with a diverse population makes her the perfect vessel to find and recruit new employees.

Dr. Charles Russell, MD, FASAM | Medical Director

Dr. Charles E Russell, MD, FASAM is a Board Certified Addictionologist and Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine. He attended and graduated from Michigan State University College Of Human Medicine in 1982. Accomplished and endorsed speaker/teacher on the spirituality of substance abuse, recovery, and the opiate/drug use epidemic.



Angela Huff | Director of Admissions 

Angela is a seasoned professional with a rich and diverse background in the field of residential treatment services. Having commenced their journey at Woodhaven Residential Treatment Center in 2019 as a Resident Assistant, she swiftly ascended through various pivotal roles within the organization. With each progression, she demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the core values and mission of Woodhaven. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Angela is deeply passionate about fostering positive change and empowering individuals to overcome obstacles on their journey to recovery.

Jimi Pirk, MS, LCDC III | Compliance Director

Jimi joined Woodhaven in September of 2015 and has held many positions including Resident Assistant, CDCA, Counselor, Lead Counselor, Client Rights Officer, and Compliance Manager. Jimi has worked in Compliance since 2019 and was promoted to Compliance Director in September of 2023. Jimi is responsible for maintaining Woodhaven's regulatory compliance with numerous entities including Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS), Medicaid, HIPAA, and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Suzanne Lukacs, MA, LPC | Regulatory Compliance Consultant

Suzanne Lukacs, B.A., M.A., L.P.C. joined Woodhaven in June of 2016 as a Consultant. With 25 years of experience in the behavioral health world, she offers expert consulting in Regulatory Compliance with numerous entities including Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS), Medicaid, HIPAA, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), Ohio Department of Rehabilitation Corrections (ODRC), and American Corrections Association (ACA). Suzanne assists organizations with the writing of policies, conducting quality improvement/quality assurance activities, and provides training for continuing education to staff. Suzanne holds a Master of Arts degree from Xavier University in Agency and Community Counseling, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati.
