Kyle Zink, M.A., LPCC, LICDC  |  Executive Director

Kyle C. Zink, LPC joined Woodhaven in August 2015 as a CDCA. Kyle transitioned to a Counselor in Training in June 2016. He received his LCDC II in December 2016 and became the men's 5th-floor lead counselor in October 2017.

Kyle graduated from the University of Cumberland with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in August of 2020, soon after Kyle was promoted to Clinical Director. In his latest role, Kyle has ascended to the position of Executive Director, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to guide Woodhaven's mission forward.

Dr. Charles Russell, MD, FASAM | Medical Director

Dr. Charles E Russell, MD, FASAM is a Board Certified Addictionologist and Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine. He attended and graduated from Michigan State University College Of Human Medicine in 1982. Accomplished and endorsed speaker/teacher on the spirituality of substance abuse, recovery, and the opiate/drug use epidemic.


Jimi Pirk, MS, LCDC III | Compliance Officer

Jimi joined Woodhaven in September of 2015 and has held many positions including Resident Assistant, CDCA, Counselor, Lead Counselor, Client Rights Officer, and Compliance Manager. Jimi has worked in Compliance since 2019 and was promoted to Compliance Director in September of 2023. Jimi is responsible for maintaining Woodhaven's regulatory compliance with numerous entities including Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS), Medicaid, HIPAA, and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Tiffani Gaby | Director of Utilization

Tiffani joined the Woodhaven team in May 2018, she has a bachelor's degree in nursing and 18+ years' experience in healthcare, including mental health, neurology, trauma, ICU, medical office management, nursing education and geriatrics. Tiffani has served in many roles at Woodhaven, including Resident Assistant, Executive Assistant, and Utilization Review Manager. Tiffani was promoted to Director of Utilization review in October 2020.

Angela Huff | Admissions & Marketing Director

Angela is a seasoned professional with a rich and diverse background in the field of residential treatment services. Having commenced their journey at Woodhaven Residential Treatment Center in 2019 as a Resident Assistant, she swiftly ascended through various pivotal roles within the organization. With each progression, she demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the core values and mission of Woodhaven. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Angela is deeply passionate about fostering positive change and empowering individuals to overcome obstacles on their journey to recovery.

Mason Rue | Court Services & Outpatient Director

Mason Rue joined Woodhaven in 2020 and has held several key positions, including Care Coordinator, Legal Liaison, and Admissions Supervisor. In 2024, he advanced to the leadership team as Director of Court Services and now serves as Director of Outpatient/PHP Services. 

In his current role, Mason is focused on expanding access, enhancing program quality, and driving innovation across Woodhaven’s outpatient and partial hospitalization services. With a strong background in client care and systems coordination, he brings energy, vision, and a deep commitment to meeting individuals where they are in their recovery journey. 


Michael Brakeall | Compliance Director

Michael joined Woodhaven's clinical team in 2016. He transitioned into working in the Compliance Department in 2019. Michael's background in social work, health and safety, risk management and HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2 earned him several different roles at Woodhaven, including Client Rights Officer, HIPAA Privacy Officer, and now, Compliance Director. Michael works closely with the Compliance Officer to ensure conformance with regulatory requirements, such as Ohio MHAS and OSHA, and accreditation standards. 


Melissa Ellison | Chief Accounting Officer

Melissa serves as the Chief Accounting Officer at Woodhaven Residential Treatment Center, bringing over 31 years of experience in accounting. She specializes in bookkeeping, ledger management, and financial strategy, with a strong focus on driving sustainable growth across various sectors. Melissa is currently continuing her education to expand her expertise in business modeling and strategic planning.

Charles Reese | Director of Operations

Charles Reese joined Woodhaven on May 20, 2024, as Operations Manager and became Director of Operations in 2025. At Woodhaven, he oversees safety, facility operations, and process efficiency, working to ensure a high-performing environment. Charles is committed to supporting the center’s mission by fostering clean, secure, and well-managed spaces.

Joseph Bretzfelder MA, LICDC, LPC | Clinical Director

Joseph Bretzfelder joined Woodhaven in 2020 as a counselor assistant and has advanced through progressive clinical roles, including counselor and clinical supervisor, before being promoted to Clinical Director in August 2025. He holds a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands and is licensed as both an LICDC and LPC.
In his current role, Joseph oversees clinical programming and staff development while maintaining a focus on evidence-based treatment and individualized client care. With over five years of hands-on experience at Woodhaven, he brings deep institutional knowledge and a commitment to supporting clients through every stage of their recovery journey.



Joshua Dailey | Human Resources Director

Joshua is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership. With over 12 years of experience in HR, he specializes in compliance, strategic workforce planning, talent management, talent acquisition, as well as employee relations and engagement. His focus is on bridging the gap between employees and leadership by fostering clear communication, accountability, and organizational alignment. At Woodhaven, Joshua is committed to building a culture where staff feel supported, valued, and empowered to contribute to the organization’s mission.
